Your company's knowledge lives in people's heads
- Email takes up a large part of the day.
- Every task starts from scratch: finding the last email, remembering what was agreed, preparing the meeting.
- One person knows what matters. If they are away for two weeks, you notice.
- You use AI, but every conversation starts with no context.
A shared memory, and an AI that uses it
We bring together what your company knows: strategy, clients, decisions, ways of working. Claude reads it from each person's computer, connects to your apps and works with that context. What you decide today is kept for tomorrow.

Works with the apps you already use
And with any other app that has a Claude connector (there are more than a thousand) or its own MCP server, the open standard apps use to connect to AI. If it has neither, we look at it separately.

a year in partners' time (approx.)
Example for a two-partner firm where each partner spends about 10 hours a week on email and repetitive tasks. If the system takes on 30% of that work, they get back about 6 hours a week. It assumes 46 working weeks a year and values an hour at €50. It is an estimate based on our own assumptions, not a measurement. In the discovery session we replace them with your figures, and the dashboard measures the real savings every week.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. We set it up and show you how to use it in everyday language.
Which apps can be connected?
Those with a Claude connector, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive or Microsoft 365. If yours doesn't have one, we look at it separately.
Where is the information stored?
In your Drive. Claude reads it from each person's computer.
Does Anthropic use my data to train its AI?
Not on a business plan: its commercial terms rule it out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many people use it and what needs connecting. We tell you after the discovery session, based on your figures.
How is this different from using Claude or ChatGPT on my own?
The AI works with your company's memory and with routines designed for your day, instead of starting from scratch in every conversation.
